Shipping Info/Guarantee

Typically, memorial urns that are in stock will be shipped within 2 business days. We accept Visa and MasterCard online or over the phone. Checks and money orders are also accepted, these orders will be shipped after the check has cleared (allow approximately 5-7 business days).

Satisfaction is gauranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return within 30 days and you will be reimburssed for the item minus shipping fees. First contact us to approve your return, then return it in the packaging that it came in. We recommend that you purchase insurance and package carefully. You are responsible for the condition of the memorial until it is returned to us undamaged. If you notice any damage to the item upon recieving it, save all packaging and contact us right away. We purchase shipping insurance for the full value of each memorial. We will replace any memorial that is damaged during shipping to you, once it arrives safely at your residence it is your responsibility.
