Each memorial urn is handcrafted by Thurston-More Designs, a small family owned company located in the Cascade mountain foothills of Central Oregon. We take pride not only in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, but in our reliability as a business. We do our best to deliver on time and create the best memorial that we possibly can.
With experience in architectural design and having spent 8 years as custom furniture artisans, we wanted to take our art in a new direction. We noticed that more and more people are choosing cremation over burial and an increased interest of people looking to memorialize their loved ones in a style that suited their contemporary design aesthetics. Merging a fresh design approach with sustainable/earth friendly materials at a reasonable price has been our goal from the start. In the end, we've created a line of gallery quality art pieces at prices that compete with mass produced urns.
